Born in Palma de Mallorca, she studied drawing and modeling at the Official School of Fine Arts. She attended classes with the painter JOSE COLL SOTOMAYOR.

All her later work, along with her improvement, is self-taught. Her first exhibition in 1988 was at the old Art Viu gallery.

Of this exhibition, Josep Mascaró Passarius, who was an art critic for the Balearic newspaper, reviewed on February 1, 1988 in relation to the author: "... the old houses of Balitx, gilded for centuries, are captured with ease and grace in line and color by Núria Suñer " After this exhibition, on March 18-27, 1989, she exhibited individually in the Felanitx Culture room.

After a few years of public inactivity for family reasons, she returned with the following exhibitions:

In 2003, she began her pedagogical activity giving drawing and painting classes at the “Temps de Oci” Association in Palma. Since 2005 she has been teaching classes as an extracurricular activity at San Francisco School in Palma (Mallorca).

During the 2005/06 academic year, one of her students was a finalist in the Christmas postcard contest of the Circulo de Bellas Artes de Palma de Mallorca.

In the 2006/2007 academic year, a student Emna Massanet won the first prize for Christmas postcards at the Circulo de Bellas Artes From 2005 to May 31, 2021, she taught at her own drawing academy “Núria Suñer Drawing and Painting School”
